Privacy Policy
For abappdev.in and all applications published by ab appdev.
Plain summary: we collect only what we need to run the apps and website, we do not sell your personal information, payments are processed by trusted providers (Apple, Google, Stripe), and you can request access, correction, or deletion at any time.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how ab appdev (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit abappdev.in or use any mobile or desktop application we publish on the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other distribution channels (collectively, the “Services”). Each application may also publish an app-specific privacy notice; where the app-specific notice differs, the app-specific notice controls for that app.
2. Data controller
For the purposes of the EU/UK GDPR and similar laws, the data controller is ab appdev. You can reach our privacy contact at privacy@abappdev.in.
3. Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to provide and improve the Services. Categories may include:

| Content data | Tasks, messages, projects, files, and other content you create in the apps | You |
| Device & technical data | Device model, OS version, app version, language, crash logs, performance metrics, IP address | Automatic |

We do not request or store full payment card numbers. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider that processes your transaction.
4. How we use data
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
- Authenticate you and protect your account.
- Process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and tax obligations.
- Diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and performance.
- Respond to your support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
- Send service-related notices (we do not send marketing email without your opt-in).
5. Legal bases for processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)
- Contract: to deliver the Services you request.
- Legitimate interests: to keep the Services secure, prevent fraud, and improve the product, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation: for tax, accounting, and statutory record-keeping (including obligations connected to payment processing).
- Consent: where required, for example for non-essential analytics or marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
6. Payments and subscriptions
In-app purchases on iOS and macOS are processed by Apple, and on Android by Google Play Billing, under their respective terms and privacy policies. Web payments and any direct billing are processed by Stripe, Inc. (and, where applicable, regional partners). When you pay:
- Your full payment instrument details (card number, CVV, bank credentials) are submitted directly to the payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
- We receive a transaction confirmation, an opaque customer/charge identifier, the amount and currency, the country of purchase, and limited card metadata (e.g. brand and last four digits) for receipts and dispute handling.
- Refunds for App Store and Play Store purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Refunds for Stripe transactions are handled by us in accordance with our Terms.
- Subscriptions auto-renew through the platform you purchased on until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or by contacting us for Stripe-billed plans.
Apple, Google, and Stripe are independent controllers for the data they collect to process payments. Their policies apply in addition to this one:
- Apple — Privacy Policy
- Google — Privacy Policy
- Stripe — Privacy Policy
7. Service providers we use
We share data only with vetted processors strictly to operate the Services. Typical categories include:
- Cloud hosting and database providers (for example, Google Firebase / Firestore, where used by an app).
- Authentication providers (Apple Sign In, Google Sign-In, email auth).
- Crash reporting and analytics (where enabled per app).
- Payment processors (Apple, Google, Stripe).
- Customer support and email delivery tools.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting laws that may require us to retain transaction records for up to 7–10 years depending on jurisdiction), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege administration, and vendor reviews. No system is perfectly secure; if you have reason to believe an incident has occurred, please contact security@abappdev.in.
10. International transfers
Our processors may store and process data in countries outside your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or comparable safeguards.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, port, or delete your personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent (without affecting prior lawful processing).
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. EU/EEA residents can contact their local Data Protection Authority. UK residents can contact the ICO. India residents can contact the Data Protection Board under the DPDP Act, 2023.
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
To exercise any right, email privacy@abappdev.in. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law (typically 30 days). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
12. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@abappdev.in and we will delete it.
13. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses only cookies or local storage that are strictly necessary for the site to function and to remember preferences such as theme. Mobile apps may use device identifiers for crash reporting and abuse prevention. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated in-app or by email. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
