Terms & Conditions

Governing your use of abappdev.in and applications published by ab appdev.

1. Agreement

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ab appdev (“we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your access to and use of our website at abappdev.in and any application we publish (the “Services”). If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Services for your personal or internal business use. For applications obtained from the Apple App Store, the license is also subject to the Apple Media Services / Licensed Application End User License Agreement (LAEULA), which is incorporated by reference. For applications obtained from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply in addition to these Terms.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Some features require payment. Pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase.

• App Store / Google Play: purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account, and subscriptions automatically renew at the listed price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Stripe (web): direct purchases on our website are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the listed amount and applicable taxes. You agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement.
• Prices may change. We will provide reasonable notice before changes affect an existing subscription.
• You are responsible for any taxes that are not collected by us or the payment provider.

6. Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

All sales are final and charges are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is issued directly by an app store. Full details, including how to cancel on each platform, are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are governed by Apple’s and Google’s refund policies, and any refund is granted at their discretion. Requests must be submitted directly through Apple or Google.
• For purchases billed by Stripe on our website, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, unused time, or failure to cancel before renewal. We will correct genuine billing errors and honor non-waivable statutory rights.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud or abuse, and to suspend accounts associated with chargebacks made without first contacting us.

7. Free trials and promotional offers

Where offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends. The applicable pricing and length of the trial are disclosed at sign-up.

8. User content

You retain all rights in content you create, upload, or store through the Services (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and back up User Content solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• upload malware or attempt to bypass security or rate limits;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written consent;
• use the Services to send unsolicited communications, harass others, or infringe intellectual property;
• use automated means to scrape or overload the Services.

10. Third-party services

The Services may interoperate with third-party platforms (for example, Apple, Google, Firebase, Stripe). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

11. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by ab appdev or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the limited license in Section 4, no rights are granted to you.

12. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ab appdev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud).

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ab appdev harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or to comply with law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Sections 8, 11–14, and 17).

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country grant you the right to sue or be sued in your local courts.
