Cancellation & Refund Policy
For abappdev.in and all applications published by ab appdev.
All sales are final. The applications and content published by ab appdev are independent projects built for learning, educational, and personal-development purposes. Any amount you are charged is non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated returns except where a refund is required by applicable law or is issued directly by an app store.
1. No refunds
By completing a purchase or starting a paid subscription, you acknowledge and agree that the payment is final and non-refundable. This includes one-time purchases, subscription fees, renewals, in-app purchases, and any other charges. We do not offer refunds for:
- change of mind after purchase;
- partially used or unused subscription periods;
- failure to cancel before a renewal date;
- lack of use of the app or a feature;
- dissatisfaction where the product is functioning as described.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; it does not refund the current or any past billing period. After cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Google Play: open Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and cancel before the renewal date.
- App Store: open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions and cancel before the renewal date.
- Web (Stripe): email billing@abappdev.in with your order ID to cancel future renewals.
To avoid being charged for the next term, please cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
3. App Store and Google Play purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google. Apple and Google may grant or deny refunds at their own discretion under their own policies, independently of this policy. If you bought through one of those stores, any refund request must be made directly to the store:
- Apple — Request a refund
- Google Play — Request a refund
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived. Where applicable law (for example, certain rights in the EU, UK, or your country) grants you a non-excludable right to a refund, that right still applies. This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Failed, duplicate, or unauthorized charges
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, charged due to a clear billing error, or believe a charge was unauthorized, contact billing@abappdev.in within 7 days. We will investigate and correct genuine billing errors. Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback for a charge we believe is valid, we may suspend the related account or access to paid features while the dispute is reviewed.
